Ordering Offline
Order offline via phone, fax or post using the 'order offline' form.

Payment
All prices and transactions are in UK pounds sterling Payment can be made by all Visa and Mastercards, Switch, Switch Solo and Delta, American Express, cheques and international money orders in pounds sterling, bankers order or direct bank transfer, cheques are payable to Mike Powers. Payment is required prior to dispatch of goods.

Dispatch
Orders will normally be dispatched pending availability.

Delivery 
Delivery of small packages is by Parcel Post in U.K. and Northern Ireland, a guideline to costs appears on the order form. Larger orders of several items are despatched by carrier on next day delivery.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your goods you may return them unused within 14 days of receipt with an explanation of why the goods are unsatisfactory; you will receive a refund within 30 days. We do not pay for return postage. Card payments will be refunded in the same way, we will need your details again to process the order.

Faulty Goods
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of a faulty or missing article please contact us to report the problem.

V.A.T.
Mike Powers Pottery is not registered for V.A.T.

This contract does not affect your statutory rights.
